Is the Arabic language a great language?

The Arabic language is considered one of the oldest languages in the world, its history goes back more than 2000 years, and it is the only language that is distinguished by its authenticity and preservation of its roots and origins despite the passage of thousands of years. Despite this, the Arabic language is also distinguished by presenting everything new in contemporary terminology. For every foreign term, there is an Arabic term corresponding to it. This indicates to me the flexibility of the Arabic language in preserving its origins and roots, as well as keeping pace with the development of time and keeping up with everything new.

The Arabic language is very old and was used by Arabs before the advent of Islam. It was used in the pre-Islamic era in trade, poetry, literature and rhetoric because it is rich in strong words and meanings. It is the only language through which you can understand and read books dating back 1500 years. The Arabic language is also distinguished from other languages in many things, including the ease of learning it, the abundance of its words and the clarity of its meanings. You can extract many, many different meanings from one word. The Arabic language is also distinguished by the characteristic of inflection, through which we can differentiate between the meanings of similar words in one sentence. When Allah the Almighty revealed the eternal book of the Holy Quran, He revealed it in the Arabic language because of its authenticity, eloquence, strength of words and clarity of meanings.

It was also used in transmitting and writing the Sunnah of the Prophet and the noble hadiths and the language of Arab and Islamic civilization throughout the ages. It was the language used in performing the acts of worship and duties that Allah commanded. Therefore, it was obligatory for every Muslim who does not speak Arabic to strive to learn it. It was the language of Islam as it was the language of the people of ignorance (the language before Islam). The Arabic language was also used in all human sciences and the sciences of Sharia and religion. Studying the Arabic language also has many goals, including social reasons such as marriage. It is also used in commerce.

Sometimes, some people resort to learning the Arabic language to facilitate and ease dealings with their partners who speak Arabic. The Arabic language is the language of more than 400 million Arabs in the Arab countries and about 2 billion people around the world worship in it. It is the language of more than 22 countries around the world and is also one of the six official languages of the United Nations. Therefore, studying the Arabic language has become very important so that non-native speakers can achieve all these goals. Finally, many of those who have learned and studied the Arabic language testify that it is an easy, sweet, beautiful language rich in different words and meanings, and this is all through their study and practice of the Arabic language.
